UCTF’s primary development partner is the AFL-CIO Housing Investment Trust (“HIT”), a $6.3 billion national affordable housing pension investment fund. Additional UCTF partnerships:

With the financial backing of the Socially Responsible Investment (SRI) debt capital source for related community and economic development that align with our initiatives our layered finance experience will include:
