Sustainable Development

Our model is focused on a mixed-use program that can combine residential with a dedicated space for places of Worship and community facility that can be used for workforce training/educational programs. UCTF partner organizations own their own land and desire to remain in their role as social anchors and service providers, managing a blend of education, health care, workforce development and community amenities.
With buildings having a life cycle that can span decades, it is important for us to support a sustainable approach to our projects with the understanding we are building for both short term impact and our future generation. Our design initiatives are target goals that can help create the roadmap needed to allow for projects to support green design approach, carbon neutrality, sustainability and when feasible, LEED Certification.
We believe in supporting systems that are good for the environment; that are not only feasible but provide cost savings through efficiencies and can introduce amenities that can help to enhance one’s environment and promote community activity.
